Tavazzano con Villavesco Logistic Park

In 2004 Tirso bought the first asset in Tavazzano con Villavesco, close to Via Emilia. The original surface area of 27.000 sqm was increased up to 44.000 sqm: the initial warehouses were enlarged and new ones were built. Modern system solutions and the size of the adjacent yards guarantee the functionality of the park. The different facilities of each lot such as refrigerating rooms, ADR spaces or the double docking front guarantee a number of tenants, minimizing vacancy risk.
